Cartoon Network Rebrand Package
The concept strips animation down to its basics by exploring a minimal color palette and line work with an addition of bold and sans-serif typography that reflects a young and energetic audience. Essentially, the objective of this rebrand is to focus on the key factor that brings cartoons to life, which is animation itself.
The package includes an ident, seasonal ident, end page, and a special event. The ident uses key elements from various shows from the channel such as the golf cart from Regular Show. The seasonal ident takes on a Halloween twist. Lastly, a fictional special event called "Don't Say It, Sing It!" which is a weekend-long marathon showing episodes that contain a musical piece, is presented by a landscape of musical instruments animated to the beat of the music.
